We come from an authentic ocean family of fisherman followed by surfers. It all started with those roots and love for the ocean that evolved the passion to seek perfect waves in every corner of the world.
Raised in the hospitality environment, we love to bring people together, connect with nature, challenging limits and
share the stoke!
Trust is everything, and to keep it real is and will always be our main goal, respecting the culture, building an exclusive community of likeminded people connecting through our love for surfing.

Ricardo, HeAD COACH
and Founder
I’m inspired by my love for Baleal and the ocean.
My past generations have trusted the sea to provide for their families by fishing, and I’m the first surfer in the family but always keeping the spirit of love for the ocean alive.
I started surfing in my backyard as a little beach bum (yeah I’m that little dude in the picture) and guiding surf lessons since the age of 16.
In recent years, I’ve been blessed to be catching unlimited waves in very special corners of the world, managing surf operations in luxury resorts and hosting pro surfers.
Now, I’ve decided to bring people of trust together and start this project with all the experience I have gained over the years. The time has come to share the stoke of this lifestyle with authentic surf experiences.
Meet the Team
We are beyond proud to call friends our team that share our love for the ocean, live our approach to surf coaching and bring our own creative ideas to make TRUSTER what is: A stoked club, a surfing community and a true family.
João knows Ricardo forever and jumped on the boat with his camera to capture the whole truster process. With a big smile he will capture those moments you’ll have in your head forever.
André is the main surf coach, shares the highest level of surf coaching with Ricardo which is actually where they met. You can count with his high energy and knowledge to take your surf to the next level.
Carlos is the artist friend, you know those sick street arts you find in the streets? In Baleal he’s probably the face behind it as well as our visual image that represents our vibe.
Anike or Snuki (surf nickname we gave her) arrived as a guest and is part of the team now. She supports us along the way building Truster as a brand and created the website.
